This update gives you full control over how topic changes affect your data, so your historical reports stay stable unless you decide otherwise.

What’s new

Choose how topic changes apply
When you add or remove searches or keywords in a topic, you now decide what happens next.
You can either recalculate all historical data or apply the change only from the current month forward. Past reports stay untouched unless you explicitly choose to update them.

Clear “Apply Changes” step
 After editing a topic, you are guided through a simple confirmation flow.
 We clearly explain the impact and let you choose between:

• Recalculate all history

• Apply to current and future months only

For larger recalculations, we add an extra confirmation so nothing happens by accident.

Consistent numbers everywhere
All widgets now handle future-only changes in the same way.

Volume Share, Search Share, Top Keywords, Trending Keywords, and Insights stay perfectly aligned, with no more confusing mismatches.

Faster dashboards for big topics

• Under the hood, we now recalculate only what is actually needed and reuse existing data wherever possible.

• This keeps dashboards fast and responsive, even for topics with many keywords.
